Become an eBuy Shoppper
Follow these steps to become an eBuy shopper:
1. Contact your Financial Officer for authorization.
You must obtain authorization from your Financial Officer to shop at eBuy. Your Financial Officer will review your request and give you a spending limit. (View the Directory of Financial Officers.)
2. Log in to eBuy using your Penn State Access User ID and password.
Once you have obtained authorization, you will be able to log in to eBuy, where you'll have access to a variety of products and enjoy special Penn State pricing.
